The National Federation of Music Clubs Festival program is an opportunity for students of teachers who are members of N.F.M.C. to perform and receive evaluation in accordance with standards established by the N.F.M.C.
The goal is to encourage students in their study of both American and world music literature with the emphasis on continued advancement in musical achievement.
The N.F.M.C. Festival for the Port Huron area is conducted in February each year and is available to students who are currently studying with a teacher who is a member of N.F.M.C.
Teachers interested in entering students should contact Festival chairperson Barb Collins, 810-982-4133, by October to enter students in the February auditions.
